This role sits within our Concessions division, catering for customers at visitor attractions. By continuously developing and keeping ahead of the competition through innovative catering and hospitality offers, our concessions sites aim to make every customer experience memorable.
**This is a national role covering multiple sites in areas such as Cardiff, Bristol, Hertfordshire ( St Albans) & Manchester.**

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for creating a platform for financial growth through cost control, culinary excellence improving merchandising, implementing, monitoring and evaluating results within the catering team
- Own the food offer in terms of quality, profit and innovation
- Develop training and support materials to drive compliance
- Proactively identify problems and work with management and other functions to improve operational performance
- Helps to develop new concepts and solutions
- Take on food related projects and manage cross functional food initiatives
- Provide a collaborative approach for client group and wider stakeholders by working with Marketing & Promotions to provide effective and innovative ongoing solutions in line with the annual marketing calendar
- Liaise with Menu Development Chefs and other parts of the business and chef's forums
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week
Skills and Experience
In this role:
- Genuine interest in the environment and plant based foods
- A desire to strive for customer service excellence
- Proven leadership ability
- Proactive and ‘hands on' approach
- Catering experience essential with chef skills
- Contract catering is desirable
- Interest in developing teams
- The ability to work with and inspire young adults
