Working Environment

Due to business growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Channel Marketing Executive to join our team here at the Macclesfield office!

 

This role will support the HCRL Marketing team by executing day-to-day tasks and contributing to the Caterplus marketing strategy. Focus on educating key audiences about the brand, creating 'on-brand' assets, and delivering marketing through targeted channels

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing a 5-year marketing strategy for Caterplus and HCRL division, focusing on brand awareness and customer experience.
  • Create and manage a menu database with seasonal and branded content in collaboration with chefs.
  • Coordinate marketing packs and manage databases for distribution across all sites.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team to develop creative assets.
  • Produce content for digital and social media, including copywriting.
  • Manage communications approval within the HCRL division and support key marketing projects.
  • Develop and implement promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the Caterplus brand.
  • Research market trends in the HCRL sector to support business decisions.
  • Assist in marketing activities, including bids, retention, and project mobilisation.
  • Support the digital roadmap for HCRL, ensuring innovation in digital marketing.

 

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours a week - Hybrid working

Skills and Experience

In this role:

  • Dynamic self-starter with a can-do attitude, able to manage multiple projects.
  • 1-2 years marketing experience (or recent graduates considered).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and copywriting skills.
  • Organized, able to meet deadlines, and work in a small team.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills; Photoshop experience is a bonus.
