Working Environment
Due to business growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our team within the Sales division.
The role requires someone who is confident in writing, reviewing and editing sales and marketing content, working with the design team to produce written bid responses and presentation collateral in line with deadlines. Working collaboratively with a wide-ranging mix of teams and colleagues across the business to deliver effectively.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities to ensure smooth department operations.
- Support the bid process and tender development.
- Articulate our business strategy professionally and timely.
- Assist in developing sales proposal structures.
- Coordinate bid documents and design processes.
- Manage sales activities for tenders and events, maintaining strong relationships with Head Office and client sites.
- Handle administrative tasks, including diary management and stock tracking.
Working Pattern: 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday (flexible as role demands)
Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience:
- Experienced in sales or bid coordination, preferably in contract catering, facilities management, or a related industry.
- Proficient in creating high-quality tender proposals and managing diverse teams.
- Excellent writing, grammar, and attention to detail.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and flexible with working hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Suite; familiar with database management.
