We are recruiting for a catering assistant to join our team at Hampton Care Home.

No experience is necessary as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The position is for 37.5 hours per week and a free meal will be provided on each shift, additionally uniform costs are picked up by us!

Job Description

Our Hampton Care Home is looking for a Catering Assistant.

 

As Catering Assistant, you will have plenty of responsibilities and opportunities to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team. For example, you will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen and service area is always clean, well presented, and well-stocked.

 

In addition, you will keep up to date with menus, offering a warm and friendly service. Finally, along with colleagues, you will ensure COSHH, food safety, and H&S are followed, with any incidents reported in line with documented procedures.

 

Working Pattern: 5 days over 7, 37.5 hours per week

Skills and Experience

To fill the role of Catering Assistant, we will require you to possess these essential skills and experience:

 

- Willingness to cooperate as part of a team

- Pride in quality customer experience

- Previous catering experience is desirable but not essential, with the right attitude we can train you up!
