This role sits within our Hospitals division, catering for visitors and NHS teams. Taking care of some of the most renowned hospitals in the country, we know that healthy, nutritional food is critical to patient recovery.

 

This role attracts enhanced rates for bank holiday working, enhanced holiday entitlement and all of the benefits associated with an NHS contract

Job Description

As a Catering Assistant, you will have plenty of responsibilities and opportunities to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the kitchen and service area are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
  • Keep up to date with menus and what food is on offer
  • Offer a warm and friendly service
  • Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed

 

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7.00am-3.00pm, 37.5 hours per week

Skills and Experience

In this role:

  • Focused on the front line
  • Genuine interest in customer service excellence
  • Team player
  • Catering and Barista experience desirable but not essential
