We are seeking a driven Hospitality Assistant Manager to join the team at one of the flagship Lexington site.

Successful candidates for Hospitality Assistant Manager opportunity will: Demonstrate genuine dedication to the unit and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
- Have previous experience in a management role and will have worked in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment or contract catering, working with a large team.
- Have exceptional knowledge of food, wines and spirits, and a good understanding of artisan products.Be able to motivate and lead a team, is adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.Immaculate personal presentation with professional and welcoming personality.
- Ability to deal with high profile guests in a professional manner
