Job description

Successful candidates for Hospitality Assistant Manager opportunity will: Demonstrate genuine dedication to the unit and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.

  • Have previous experience in a management role and will have worked in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment or contract catering, working with a large team.
  • Have exceptional knowledge of food, wines and spirits, and a good understanding of artisan products.Be able to motivate and lead a team, is adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.Immaculate personal presentation with professional and welcoming personality.
  • Ability to deal with high profile guests in a professional manner

Skills & Experience

In this role:

 

  • Successful experience in a hospitality environment
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Demonstrated initiative, leadership ability
  • Supervisory experience:  hiring, training, evaluating, redundancies
  • Knowledge of current trends in the natural foods industry
  • Willingness and ability to learn to meet the changing requirements of the job
  • Experience leading business or organization through times of expansion and growth
  • Ability to work within team setting
