Job Description

The HR Operations and TUPE Coordinator will provide efficient and effective administrative support for all TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings [Protection of Employment]) activities. Working with our HRBP team, this role serves as the first point of contact for TUPE-related matters and will coordinate with different stakeholders to deliver a smooth and positive Tupe transfer experience for our colleagues.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the TUPE Mailbox: Acknowledge and respond to all TUPE requests.
  • TUPE In Process: Send the initial due diligence request and basic measures.
  • TUPE Out Process: Produce due diligence data and provide it to the HRBP for second-level checking within agreed timescales. Liaise with Payroll, Pensions, and Operations teams to ensure the accuracy of due diligence data.
  • Maintain TUPE Tracking Documents: Ensure all cases are logged, acknowledge all TUPE requests, and issue initial measures and appropriate TUPE communications.
  • Welcome Letter Production: Produce welcome letters as required to support TUPE activities.
  • Produce Anonymised Data Sets: Create anonymised data sets for sales tender reports.
  • Provide Hands-on Support: Assist other teams during peak times and on ad hoc projects as needed.

 

 

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 9am-5:30pm - Hybrid working

Skills and Experience

In this role:

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in HR operations and knowledge of TUPE regulations.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience in producing reports and handling sensitive data.
